Gray Expectation

I’ve always had a deep fascination about color and the meaning  behind it.  For this week post, I’m diving into a color that Webster defines as “lacking cheer or brightness in mood, outlook, style, or flavor”. But first, some FYI facts about a color worn by conservatives the world over. Gray is actually considered achromatic ( which literally means void of color) as it is an intermediary color between black and white.  Although gray is said to symbolize ambiguity and dullness, it’s also the color of balance that can level out high octane hues like yellow, orange, or anything neon. Conversely, it’s a softer alternative to wearing black and navy blue. In my humble opinion, Gray is the great color equalizer and much like  great expectations in life, it’s what you make it.  So incorporate colors that proudly displays your zest for life while still embracing gray expectations.
