This week post is dedicated to a very dear friend whose life has reached its final destination. The death of a love one always cuts deep. Even when death is imminent and expected, we hold on to the hope that somehow they’ll make a miraculous recovery. But when death comes swiftly and unexpectedly, it’s like a sucker punch to the face as you think of all the things you never had the chance to say or do with the one you love. That being said when the day comes to pay your respects, celebrate their life by wearing something that represents, reflects, and honors the things he or she loved such as a piece of jewelry, favorite color, or style of dress. Basically, put together a look that brings back wonderful memories of your love one. Unfortunately, the one thing time never gives us is more time. Therefore, the only thing we can do is live, forgive, love, and laugh together until the day our own life’s journey leads us to our final destination.
